I’ve spent a lot of my life engaging people.
Some I’ve agreed with. Some I didn’t. And some made me look at things differently.
My background is in law enforcement. I’ve seen people at their best and their worst. One thing I’ve become aware of, the truth usually lies somewhere beyond the first response.
That’s a big part of why I started E • L • M • O
I want to sit down with interesting people and have real conversations about leadership, faith, work, relationships, culture, life, and whatever else is worth talking about.
We might agree. We might not. We might laugh, learn something, or change each other along the way.
The point isn’t necessarily to win the argument.
Have a conversation. Hear another perspective. Say your piece. Make your point. And when we’ve said enough, we move on.
